On January 22, the Zibo Housing Provident Fund Management Center issued an announcement that from now on, Zibo City will carry out the monthly loan offset business (referred to as the "loan offset business") entrusted by the housing provident fund.

The reporter learned that the client can entrust the Provident Fund Center to automatically transfer the balance of his housing provident fund account every month, and directly offset the principal and interest of the housing provident fund loan he should repay that month through internal transfer.

The application targets for the offset loan business are housing provident fund loan borrowers who have paid and deposited the housing provident fund normally in Zibo City, and their spouses and co-payers. Only one principal can sign a housing provident fund loan at the same time. The client can go to any service hall of the Provident Fund Center nearby to complete the contract signing procedures within the scope of Zibo City. Offset and repayment business for housing provident fund loans in other places will not be carried out for the time being. The conditions that should be met at the same time when handling the contract for offsetting and repaying the loan are: the client's housing provident fund loan has not been settled; the client has paid and deposited the housing provident fund in full and normally, and the housing provident fund balance is sufficient; the client has returned the housing provident fund loan normally, and there is no overdue payment; the deposit status of the client's housing provident fund account is normal and cannot be sealed, marked as a "dishonest employee", or frozen by the people's court; the client has not handled the entrusted withdrawal and repayment of housing provident fund business. If you have already handled the entrusted withdrawal and loan repayment business, you need to go to the provident fund center service hall with your ID card to complete the contract termination procedures for the entrusted withdrawal and loan repayment business.

Since December 21, 2018, the Zibo Housing Provident Fund Management Center has opened an online acceptance service for monthly offset and repayment contracts for housing provident fund loans for employees.
